Social Media without spending money
Social media is a great customer retention tool.
Companies used the Click to Like Option offered by Facebook.
Word of mouth marketing is a great value for the advertiser as a tool to reach the customers.
How to use marketing
How? By using social media to promote your website to as many people as you can of free.
Start on your business page in the Admin Panel. Select the Ads Manager button. This is where you set your budget and create your ad.
No Budget for Paid Advertising?
As luck would have it, Social Media offers a wealth of resources that only cost time to implement. Use your posts as calls to action to visit your web page or blog. Offer information that your followers might like enough to encourage them click to visit your website. Get an account on all the major sites and start posting and twitting away.

Develop an understanding of the different Facebook ad options.
Choose whether you promote your Facebook page, a specific post or send them off Facebook to your website.
How can you design and implement ads for social media using the principals of good design
Word of Mouth.
The ads are short, 25 character headline, and 90 characters for text. Plus one photo. Using social media.
Let them help you develop leads, to spread the word about your product.
Post social media links on your blog and website. Create a circular movement with your calls to action.

Twitter Advertising
Twitter’s ad system is located under the settings drop down menu in the top right corner. Go through their basic questions to set up your ad. Choose the location you want to reach users and set the budget per click (they suggest a minimum of $1.50 per click).
With that in mind, what sort of advertising could your business use,
Well a wise person would use all the tools available to them. To change the ads as you change between groups of contacts.Short tweets that lead to blog that leads to customers to your website.
and how often should you use ads?
As often as you can be on the computer doing your post and tweets and developing new ads.
OH! Don't forget you have a business to run and there is alot of work waiting for you to finish so you can get back to the real work.
Explain the different kinds of Facebook advertising is available and which ones you might try for your business.
Online Advertising
There are many forms that online advertising takes. Some versions are still very closely related to traditional advertising.
Choose whether you promote your Facebook page, a specific post or send them off FaceBook to your website.
Then set your budget in a pay per day amount. You also opt in to pay per click or pay per impression.
Be sure to include your reasoning behind your choice,
My choice/reasoning would be to get it all done for free but to reach a larger audience it cost money. As I have no money the timing and budget questions are answered as well.
timing and budget you feel would have the most impact and generate the best results.
Create several sample ads following the specific requirements of FaceBook, Twitter or other social media platform you want to utilize.
As I am about as creative as a wet sock I will forgo making myself look bad. Thanks anyway.
The ads should target the specific market you are interested in pursuing.
Markets are broken down to groups and types. As my field covers a variety of markets each ad placed would be geared for that group or type.
Make screen shots of your ads and include them into your blog post. Explain why you think they would be effective.
I did on Facebook
By Friday:4/19
Comment on 3-4 of your classmate's blog posts giving them feedback and ideas for their ads. Publish a new post listing the blogs you commented on so I can easily find your responses.
I was reading a posted comment made by one of our classmates to the other , And I think he said it best "The post was well written and well thought of."
I do belive that to be true of most of the ones I read.
I could only come up with doing one comment on someone else post.
Everyone in this class has a good grasp on the subject, I just don't have a lot of comments in me about them other than they are all better then what I could come up with.
